Terms and Conditions

All products are purchased from Spanish Bookstore Hong Kong, a Hong Kong registered sole proprietorship.

 Payment - Spanish Bookstore Hong Kong accepts bank transfer as well as credit card payments using the third party Paypal system.  We may require paypal/credit card for some specific titles, to expedite the ordering process of some products. and this information will be visible in the product page. Upon checking out you will be prompted on the payment method. In case we do not receive your payment within 24 hours, either thru paypal or bank transfer, we may need to cancel your order.

 Shipping rates – DIfferent shipment options are available and paid by customer. Please allow 2-4 days for the available products to be delivered to you.

 If an item you order is out of stock, we will inform you via email of the expected delay or provide you with other options, including refund if you prefer to cancel your order.

In case you receive a book or product damaged or defective, please inform us within 3 days. We will  make our best effort to offer you the most appropriate solution, such as replacing it or giving a refund.
